The best moments of Sigep 2020

The 42nd edition of Sigep, the International Trade Show of Artisan Gelato, Pastry, Bakery and the Coffee World held in Rimini from 18 to 22 January 2020.

The development of new trends take place every year at Sigep and this is an unmissable appointment for COF. The success of this edition was guaranteed by the attendance of more than 200.000 professional operators, 33.000 international buyers from 187 countries and 1.250 exhibitors.

Design and colour, together with the range of products for Ice Cream and Beverage, came back with the stand of COF and news as Poker Glass, the ice cream and pastry display cabinet presented at the last Host Milan 2019.

Natural refrigerants R290 and R744 are part of a whole range of products as the mentioned Poker Glass and Bermuda. The use of these refrigerants is a compromise that ISA company takes together with all its brands some years ago in compliance with the European Regulation F-Gas.

The opening of Sigep was also the best occasion to launch the new website of COF which give the possibility to everyone to surf in the most updated way to get last news, promotions and projects.

The most sweetest fair of the year has finished and we want to thank to COF team and to all people who visit our stand.
